Q: How do I care for my Cub Club items?

A: To keep your Cub Club clothing looking fresh, make sure to wash on a cool cycle, and avoid tumble drying. All of our clothing is made to last, even with frequent washes, however repeated hot washing and drying may shrink items. 

Q: How long will my order take?

A: We ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Check out our shipping info page for more details. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping? 

A: Yes! We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Delivery timeframes and flat rates are listed on our shipping page. 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Yes, returns are accepted on full-priced items within 30-days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Sale items are final. 

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Simply email us at team.cubclubco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you from there!

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: check out our size guide tab in the menu bar on our home page! Our clothing runs true to size with a little room for growing cubs! If in doubt, we always recommend sizing up.
